Welcome, Horn readers and potential Horn readers.

I am proud to announce that our redesign that we have been slaving over all summer and fall has almost been perfected. Though journalism and the internet can seem impersonal and faceless, I would like to put a face to The Horn name. With this new blog, I will be chronicling behind the scenes action at The Horn newsroom and featuring the folks who bring you Horn coverage.

To start off, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tiffany Tso, and I am the new editor-in-chief at The Horn. Some may know me as the quiet girl from previous journalism classes at the university, as I am a recent graduate. However, a number of you may recognize me as the blogger for Austin is Burning. I am proud to officially announce my employment at The Horn.

I am happy to join this team of journalistic misfits. I feel, in my few months here, I have really fallen into the groove of things, probably owing to the generous kindness of my coworkers and staff.

Besides the new management, you may have noticed our the dramatic changes we made to our design. Our site is only a toddler, and we are always looking to improve. In fact, always feel free to e-mail us with suggestions you may have for the website; we appreciate your feedback.
