This little hippie haven tends to be over-crowded, since it's another great 24 hour spot, but once you find a spot, it is definitely conducive to some serious studying.
221 W. North Loop Blvd. Open 24/7 Pros: open 24/7, cozy, carry East Side Pies. Cons: usually play slightly annoying/distracting music and the entire album

This lakeside location is a little further out, but it is still and popular location, so good luck getting a spot inside. However, if the weather is right, it's great scenery just might make studying tolerable.
3825 Lake Austin Blvd. Mon - Thurs 7 a.m. - midnight, Fri 7 a.m. - 1 a.m., Sat 8 a.m. - 1 a.m., Sun 8 a.m. - midnight Pros: Great scenery, bottomless coffee for $2.99, Cons: mostly outdoor seating (it's cold outside!)

A look back: Natalie San Luis

A backlogged article from the beginning of the semester
Natalie San Luis

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but along with our great new redesign came the unfortunate loss of some great articles by talented reporters. At this point, our site is just looking to improve and move forward, but some of those past articles deserve some recognition. Thus, I decided that I would try to preserve any that I can get my hands on -- that I know you, our readers, would still find immense interest in.

Starting with a video I made on The First Kitchen, a food blog by Plan II major Natalie San Luis, I will try to chronicle as many old articles as I can on this blog.
