During the investigation, the officer learned the victim had left his room unsecured while he ran downstairs to the vending machine to get a snack. Upon his return he discovered his laptop had been taken. Loss value: $3,000.00. Occurred on: 9-20-11, between 11:00 PM and 11:05 PM.
