Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: A UT student was observed attempting to enter the stadium with a very suspicious bulge in his boot. The student was found to be in possession of a water bottle that contained an adult beverage. As the investigation progressed, the student attempted to talk the officer out of taking him to the Dean of Student’s temporary office. The student informed the officer that he had gotten into trouble and did not want to go. The officer soon discovered that he had arrested the student at a previous football game for Public Intoxication. The student was issued a court appearance citation for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and was ejected from the stadium after he spoke to the Dean of Student’s Office for the second time.
