Criminal Trespass: A UT staff member observed a non-UT subject that matched the description of a suspicious subject entering into the library. Officers located the subject as he re-entered the lobby. The officers located a very distinctive tattoo on the subject’s neck and confirmed he had been involved three separate incidents during the day. As the investigation continued the officers learned the subject had received several written Criminal Trespass Warnings for various locations on campus. The subject was taken into custody. Prior to being transported to Central Booking, the subject informed the officers he needed medical attention. Austin EMS transported the subject to a local area hospital. Charges for Criminal Trespass were filed. Occurred on: 2-01-12.
