Theft / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Criminal Trespass Warning: The UT Police Department received information a non-UT subject had removed a mountain bicycle from the bike racks. During the investigation, the officers were able to locate the subject, still in possession of the bicycle, several blocks away. The subject was taken into custody for Theft. During a search of the subject, the officer discovered the subject was in possession of a glass tube that contained cocaine residue. The subject was transported to Central Booking. In addition to the law enforcement actions taken by the police, the subject was issued a written Criminal Trespass warning. Loss / Recovered value: $1,350.00. Occurred on: 3-23-12, at 10:39 PM.
