Get your dancing shoes ready Austin - Learning Secrets is back. Celebrating eight years of fun-filled festivities, the local event planning and PR boutique will be having a party on Saturday, January 28, 9 p.m., at the Beauty Bar. Along with Learning Secrets, the event will feature locals Feathers, Love Inks, and New York City's very own Midnight Magic. Feathers, fronted by dark wave songstress Anastasia, will start off the night's festivities with atmospheric, dance-savvy tracks reminiscent of Depeche Mode. Following the act will be Love Inks, a group known for their pop sensibilities and infectiously catchy hooks.

Midnight Magic, a six-piece disco ensemble that brings the funk with their trademark hits, "Beam Me Up" and "Drop Me A Line," will have bodies moving with their nostalgic sound, keeping the dance floor packed until Learning Secrets takes the stage. "It's going to be an epic evening of stepping out memories, where anything goes, and all we have is a blast," says Austin's dynamic DJ duo.

The surprises don't stop there: for those who really want a good time, the group is offering a $30 VIP Booze Buffet ticket. Courtesy of Sailor Jerry and Dos Equis, the VIP bar will feature an array of drinks that will be available throughout the night. VIP ticket holders will also gain instant access to the party, skipping the line and enjoying the good life. Learning Secrets are only selling 40 of these, so move quick and purchase yours before they're all snatched up. Even if you do not purchase a VIP ticket, you still have the opportunity to receive some awesome treats. The first 100 21 and up patrons will receive tasteful drinks, also courtesy of Sailor Jerry and Dos Equis.

For those who want just a regular ticket, 21 and up can get in for around $10; 18 and up can purchase theirs for around $15. For all who haven't been properly introduced to the downtown music scene and want to shake their rump to funk, disco, house and soul classics, check this party out. And all you studious students who didn't get the chance to go out this past weekend or are looking for a change, treat yourself to this; in the words of acclaimed artist Kanye West, it will be "cray."
