Austin band Sour Bridges are a group of friends who love playing music together, and that music happens to be excellent. The band is known for their energetic live performances, which can go from rock and roll to hillbilly jamboree with an a capella group hoot thrown in for good measure, all within a single song. On Friday Sour Bridges play a show to celebrate their new album at The Scoot Inn. Recently, The Horn's Neil Ferguson sat down with the band to discuss just what makes their musical chemistry so unique.

Saveur Seeking: New Orleans - Part 2
Back in February the Saveur Seeking crew decided it was time to take our show on the road, and we were lucky enough to be within driving distance of a city everyone can agree is a food and culture destination. No, I’m not talking about Houston.

In the second part of the Saveur Seeking New Orleans trip Neil checks out the innovators behind the food and beverage scene in the city. He talks to some of the chefs behind the exploding pop-up restaurant movement and tries out the food that is putting them on the map. He also pays a visit to NOLA Brewing and learns about the burgeoning craft beer business in New Orleans. Like any trip to the Big Easy, Neil and the crew encounter some fun surprises and make new friends along the way!
