A freshman UT-Austin student was hit by a Capital Metro bus around 1 p.m. across the street from the Co-op this afternoon.

The video below shows the student participating in “Foam Sword Friday,” chanting “OU sucks!” before stepping into the street and getting hit by the bus. The student was wearing an Obama face mask.

After he was hit, he was transported to St. David’s Medical Center and does not have any serious injuries, as reported by KEYE. The student is rumored to have even posted a picture of himself on his Facebook before being taken to the hospital.

The video has now gone viral on UT student’s Facebook and Twitter profiles, with jokes referring to Harry Potter by calling him “the boy who lived,” and making reference to the fact that today is National Star Wars Day by saying, “The fourth is strong with this one.”
