Suspect targeted other women says UTPD
The UT engineering student charged with attempted sexual assault admitted to police that he has targeted other women before.

KXAN has reported that the University of Texas student who made an attempted sexual assault on a woman near Roberts Hall Sunday morning followed her while recording her on his cell phone for several blocks before he tried to grab her, according to police.
UTPD arrested the engineering student, Jim Hun Choi, 21, on Monday and charged him with improper photography and assault causing bodily injury. Choi admitted in an arrest warrant affidavit that he has done similar things to other women.
